Registered User

1. Registers on portal
• visits https://www.keralawedding.org/register
• Clicks on Register - https://www.keralawedding.org/register
• Input basic profile information – The user should have a valid mail id and mobile number.
• Click on Submit
• User has to check mail. Open the mail from Keralawedding.org and click on the link provided.
• The user will be redirected to the password reset page. Enter a password with minimum complexity. If accepted, user will be redirected to Login page.
• The registered Email ID is the username.
2. Inside the portal
• Upload profile photo – Crop and upload – uploading large images will take long time.
• Can add three gallery images.
• Update personnel information, contact information, family details, sibling details, jathakam details, other information and requirements.
• Personnel information should be filled, and the profile should be verified by the office, to get your profile listed in searches.
• Under other information, the user can opt for the assistance of a field officer. The user can select the area he/she resides. If there is a field officer assigned to that area, his/her name and mobile number will be shown.
• The top menu has the following options.

1. Suggested profiles – Based on the requirements in the profile, best suggestions will be automatically identified and listed.
2. My Shortlist – Shortlisted profiles, to ease future quick access.
3. Who interested – List the users who have shown interest in your profile.
4. Request Suspend – The profile will be in suspended mode, therefore will not be visible in searches.
5. View and Activate plans – Can buy Plans offline or online from here.
6. Opened Contacts – List the unlocked profiles.
7. Blacklisted Contacts – Such profiles will not be listed in future searches by you.
8. Complaints/Suggestions – The user can raise complaints/suggestion about their Agent or Franchisee.
• Search after logging in
1. Click on Search. Gets the “Refine your Search” page. Give needed search crieteria. Profiles matching the reqired crieteria will be displayed, six profiles per page. Clicking on View on the desired profile, will show the detailed information, not the full information. To get the full profile, you need to click on the Unlock Profile button. If you have sufficient balance in the scheme you purhcased, your unlock profile request will be successful and you can see the full details.
2. Now you can contact the profile owner with the data obtained.
3. The following top menu icons will be available:

• Add to Shortlist - Profile will be added to your Shortlist
• Express Interest – Your request will be reaching the profile ower's “Who interested” section.
• Add to blacklist – To avoid listing this profile in future searches.
• Print Profile – The Profile details can be available for printing.

Unregistered User

1. Visits https://www.keralawedding.org
2. Unregistered users will be provided with minimal features on the site.
3. Quick Search:
• Give basic requirements on the left pane and click Search.
• Shows matching profiles, six per page.
• Click on View on the desired profile
• Shows minimum details of the desired profile
• Can give more specific requirements in “Refine Your Search” for more specific matching.
• If you know a profile ID, give it in the “Profile ID”, and click on “Go” to view that specific profile.
4. To know the Scheme details, click on “Schemes”
5. For free registration, click on “Register”
6. If you are a registered user, click on “Login”
7. To go to the Home page, click on the top-left link with Home icon.
