Welcome to SNSMarry.com! This guide provides detailed instructions and answers to frequently asked questions for both registered and unregistered users. Whether you're setting up your profile or exploring features, this page will help you navigate the platform effectively.

For Registered Users

1. Account Registration

Go to the registration page.
Click on the Register button.
Fill in your basic profile details. Make sure you provide a valid email ID and mobile number.
Click Submit to initiate registration.
Check your email inbox for a verification email from SNSMarry.com. Click the link provided.
You will be redirected to a secure password setup page. Enter a password that meets the required complexity.
After setting your password, you will be redirected to the login page.
Note: Your registered email ID will be used as your login username.

2. After Logging In

Upload Profile Photo: Crop and upload a clear image. Large images may take longer to process.
Gallery Images: You can upload up to three additional photos for your profile.
Complete Your Profile: Enter your personal details, family background, contact information, sibling info, horoscope (Jathakam), and your expectations for a match.
Your profile must be verified by our administrative team before it appears in search results.
Field Officer Support: You may opt for guidance from a designated field officer in your region. If available, their contact details will be displayed based on your location selection.

3. Features in the Top Menu

Suggested Profiles: Automatically generated based on your preferences.
My Shortlist: View profiles you've saved for future reference.
Who Interested: Shows users who have shown interest in your profile.
Request Suspend: Temporarily hide your profile from search results while preserving your data.
View & Activate Plans: Buy or renew subscription plans online or offline.
Opened Contacts: List of profiles whose full details you've unlocked.
Blacklisted Contacts: Profiles you’ve blocked from appearing in your searches.
Complaints/Suggestions: Submit feedback or raise complaints about agents or franchisees.

4. Searching for Profiles

Click on the Search option in the menu to open the Refine Search page.
Enter criteria such as age, caste, education, etc. and click Search.
Matching profiles will appear (six per page).
Click View for a quick profile summary.
To unlock full details, click Unlock Profile. This requires an active plan with available unlocks.
After unlocking, you can directly contact the member using the provided details.

Profile Actions

Add to Shortlist: Save a profile for later access.
Express Interest: Notify the user that you're interested.
Add to Blacklist: Exclude a profile from future search results.
Print Profile: Download or print the detailed profile view.

For Unregistered Users

1. Site Access & Features

Visit the homepage at https://snsmarry.com.
As an unregistered user, you can perform basic searches but with limited access to details.

2. Quick Search

Use the sidebar on the left to specify basic search preferences.
Click Search to view matching profiles (six per page).
Click View on any profile to see minimal details like age, religion, or occupation.
To perform a more targeted search, use the Refine Your Search option.

3. View by Profile ID

If you know a specific profile ID, enter it in the Profile ID box and click Go.
This takes you directly to the corresponding profile summary.

4. Navigation Links

To learn about available subscription plans, click Schemes.
To register, click Register.
If already a member, click Login to access your account.
Click the Home icon on the top-left to return to the main dashboard.
