Users subscribed to higher-tier plans are entitled to enhanced customer care and prioritized support.
If a user reaches the maximum number of profile unlocks allowed in their current plan, they can opt for a top-up scheme to extend access.
Please note that top-up schemes do not extend the validity period of the original subscription.
Schemes can be conveniently purchased online through the user portal.
Users also have the option to make direct payments at our office or through an authorized verification officer in their area.
